Walpole Court

Walpole Court is an absolutely beautiful 17th century House and it was a great pleasure to work on. The complex is in the Dorchester area and consists of 16 cottages and 8 apartments. We had to re-build six roof vents as these were completely rotten.

Other carpentry work around the site was also carried out, including extensive work on all three archways and both side gates. We had fixed scaffolding around the roof vents and re-painted them.

Bosham Hoe

Bosham Hoe – We have done painting, decorating and property maintenance work for this customer for many years. We have recently re-tiled two bathroom floors with under floor heating. We’ve also re-plastered three rooms and redecorated the internal of the whole property. We painted the external four years ago and it is still in very good order. Over the years, we have also done carpentry work and various other jobs for this

Fullands

Fullands House is an impressive Grade 2 listed Georgian building with a complex of 29 properties; 17 cottages and 12 apartments.

This was another successful site. We completed a lot of carpentry work, including replacing part of a conservatory.

Bevoius Mansion House

Bevoius Mansion: this particular project was neglected for many years as you can see from the before photographs. However, by the time we finished with project it was back to excellent condition.

The house was divided into 5 flats some years ago. Fixed scaffolding was required
all the way around.
